Dr. Brad Johnson I thoroughly enjoyed this short podcast. The one specific way to encourage others that really stuck with me was to be specific in your encouragement. I do find that broad and general encouragement like “good job,” or “way to go” becomes a bit meaningless, and I want to work to make my encouragement memorable. I will definitely be taking all of these steps with me as I venture out into schools and work with students in teachers. I also loved this podcast because it is something I can use in my everyday life as well.
