In addition to a learning management system (LMS), students need to know how to learn in an online synchronous classroom. Educators need to establish protocols and systems for this as well. This short video is made as a student tutorial and to help educators make decisions about how they will educate students on effective online learning skills.
As you work to teach students, set expectations for the three phases in a “face to face” online classroom:
- How do they enter?
- How do they engage?
- How do they exit?
