Currently confirmed speakers are:
- Stephen Downes — http://www.downes.ca
- Will Richardson — http://www.weblogg-ed.com
- Terry Anderson — http://me2u.athabascau.ca/terrya/weblog/
- George Siemens — http://www.elearnspace.org/blog
- Bill Kerr — http://learningevolves.wikispaces.com/
I say the more quality online conferences with meaningful ways to interact, the better.
But with one as high profile as this, they need some diversity in their line up both gender, race, country, and background. But, since they are still lining up some presenters, I'll reserve judgment till the final list is published.

Hi Vicki – thanks for your comments. You’re right, we need more diversity. I am still waiting for a few confirmations, but if you have suggestions as to individuals you feel would add diversity required, and explore networked/connective learning concepts, please let me know: gsiemens@elearnspace.org (in fact, even if you don’t have anyone in particular to suggest, perhaps a quick skype chat to explore ways to diversify the conference?)
Thank you, George. Your inbox is now full with a response from me of some of the amazing educators from various continents and walks of life that could be great additions. Thank you for asking!
Thanks for letting us know about this Vicki! Being a newbie, I hope to learn a lot. I look forward to hearing more.
