Sad that only PUBLIC school teachers are eligible.

That is too sad. As I show, private schools can be sources of innovation for all schools. Schools are schools and I think that all teachers should be funded. I make 1/3rd of the state average for public school teachers at my school and have a very small budget.
The delineation and stereotype of private schools is indeed bothersome. I come up against this all of the time.
I believe that every teacher should be treated equally and that if need can be shown it should be funded.
