Today's Challenge

Find that “one” student (or more – but at least one) like Coach D's teacher — who needs someone to believe in them. Determine to believe in that child and encourage that child. Take steps this week to have a conversation. Sure, these things are hard but to be a remarkable teacher, we must make the effort to give grace and be “that” teacher. And remember – you never know which children you reach but do it anyway. We don't do this job for the recognition (most of us don't, anyway) we do it because teaching is important we believe in children and that they need us. There is someone who needs you right now. Take time to look over your roll and consider today's motivation to do more and be more in the lives of your students.
