Bounds

As I read Andy Andrews this morning, his struggle with suffering under a workload when he has children around hits home.

I have a senior in high school, a junior in high school, and a fifth grader. The clock is ticking.

I'm finding myself more and more stressed with so many demands and yet find myself looking at the clock more and more.

It is quite fitting that I'm reading Mitch Albom's book The Time Keeper(to be released in September) because time is just scooting by like a teenager on a Razr scooter at the mall.

I wistfully want to be close to teenage children who no longer want me quite as much and want space. This time next year, my son will be off at college instead of preparing for his first football game of the season tonight.
