Jon is the author of My Bad: 24 Educators Who Messed Up, Fessed Up and Grew, the host of My Bad and the co-host of Teachers’ Aid. During his 21 years in education, Jon was a nationally board certified teacher, a math coach and is currently an assistant principal at Sandy Hill Elementary School in Dorchester County.

Great steps to overcome being overwhelmed. 90% sometimes just has to be enough. Vicki’s story about rafting was interesting – we do tend to head toward what we’re focused on, good or bad. And, I’m a big fan of making lists! I’m sure this will help many teachers. I’m retired now, but looking for ways to help both parents AND teachers on my blog. So glad I discovered your site. Thanks.
